Types Of Weight Lifting Shoe

There are many different types of weight lifting shoe that you can use for training.

You can get many many different types of shoe. Some have a low heel and are very rigid, others have a high heel but are softer.

Here's some examples:

This is a medium sized heel


This one (the adipowers) has a higher heel for better squat depth. 

And some people just like to use chuck taylors because they provide ankle support and have a flat solid base. But they are not specialty weight lifting shoes.
